Pork Sisig with Mayonnaise

Ingredients:
3 tbsp oil
1 cup onion, chopped
1 tsp chili finger, chopped
2 kg pork face, pre-boiled, fried and chopped
1 kg pork liver, fried, chopped
2 tbsp Knorr Liquid Seasoning
1 tbsp calamansi (philippine lemon)
1 tsp ground black pepper
2 tbsp mayonnaise


Directions:
1. Saute onion, chili, chopped meat in oil.
2. Season with Knorr Liquid Seasoning, calamansi and ground black pepper.
3. Turn heat off and toss mayonnaise into sisig.
4. Serve on sizzing plate or platter.

It is best when served sizzling hot.
