Baked Fish Fillet with Mayo and Garlic
Zesty fish fillet baked in aromatic spices and blanketed with garlic mayonnaise.
Ingredients:
3 tbsp butter
1 cup onion, chopped
3 tbsp garlic, chopped
2 tbsp calamansi (philippine lemon)
1 tbsp Knorr Liquid Seasoning
1 kg fish fillet
1 tbsp parsley, chopped
2 tbsp garlic, toasted
1 cup mayonnaise
Directions:
1. Marinate fish in onion, garlic, calamansi and Knorr Liquid Seasoning in 15 minutes.
2. Top fish generously with mayonnaise.
3. Coat baking pan with butter.
4. Bake fish for 20 minutes.
5. Garnish with parsley and toasted garlic.
To add more sauce, heat more butter in the same pan after cooking and pour over fish fillet before serving.
