Russian Salad

Ingredients:

1 kg red sugar beets, boiled and peeled

1 kg potato, boiled and peeled

1/2 kg boneless chicken, boiled and chopped

5 pcs eggs, boiled and chopped

1 bottle Lady's Choice Thousand Island Dressing

Directions:

1. Uniformly dice potatoes and beets to preferred bite sizes.

2. Combine chicken with potatoes and beets.

3. Toss in Lady's Choice Thousand Island Dressing.

4. Top salad with chopped boiled eggs.
