Chicken and Bacon Galantina

Ingredients:
1 pc egg
2 tbsp cornstarch
4 tbsp carrots, minced
4 tbsp bell pepper, minced
1 cup raisins
1/2 kg ground pork
1 kg boneless chicken breast
1/2 kg bacon
2 tsp salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 cup Lady's Choice Bacon Spread


Directions:
1. Mix egg, cornstarch, carrots, bell pepper, raisins, 1 tsp of salt, ground pork and 2 tbsp of Lady's Choice Bacon Spread.
2. Pound chicken until flat and lay into shingles.
3. Spread ground pork mixture on chicken and roll with aluminum foil to cover.
4. Bake for 15 minutes.
5. Take foil out and cover chicken completely with bacon.
6. Bake for another 15 minutes, take out of the oven and allow to cool in chiller.
7. Slice to a quarter-inch thick and top with Lady's Choice Bacon Spread.
