4 cloves garlic, crushed
1 onion, sliced
200 g pork liempo, cut into strips
100 g shrimps, shelled
1 medium carrot, sliced
1 can (237 g) spaghetti sauce
1 pack (200 g) canton noodles
100 g chicharo
Directions:
1. Saute garlic, onions and pork. Add 2 cups water, 3 1/2 tsp rock salt and 1/4 tsp pepper. Simmer until pork is tender.
2. Add shrimps, carrot and spaghetti sauce. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add canton noodles and chicharo. Simmer until cooked.
Makes 6 servings.
