Porkchop "Pambaon"

Ingredients:
1 kilo pork chops
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 cup bread crumbs


Marinade:
1/2 cup tomato sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
4 cloves garlic, crushed
3 tbsp vinegar
2 tsp rock salt
1/2 tsp black pepper


Directions:
1. Marinate pork chops for at least 2 hours, turning several times.
2. Place in a frying pan. Cover and simmer until dry.
3. Dip each piece in egg. Roll in bread crumbs.
4. Deep fry until golden brown. If desired, serve hot with tomato ketchup or banana ketchup.

Makes 8 servings.
Marinated pork chops can be stored in refrigerator for only 4 days.
