Super Spaghetti

Ingredients:
1 box (225 g) spaghetti noodles
3 tbsp margarine
2 tbsp toasted flour
1/4 cup evaporated milk
1 tsp crushed garlic
1 onion, chopped
1/4 kg chicken breast, deboned and cut into strips
1 carrot, cut into strips
1/2 cup cooked green peas
3/4 cup broth (from boiled chicken bone)
1 cup spaghetti sauce
2 tbsp atsuete extract
salt, pepper and soy sauce
1/2 cup grated cheese


Directions:
1. Cook spaghetti as per package directions.
2. Melt margarine in pan. Remove from heat. Add flour, stirring constantly.
3. Stir in milk. Set aside.
4. Saute garlic, onions and chicken strips. Add carrots and green peas.
5. Pour in chicken broth, spaghetti sauce and atsuete extract. Season to taste.
6. simmer for 5 minutes. Blend sauce with spaghetti noodles, grated cheese and milk mixture.
7. Serve hot.

Makes 6 servings.
