Crunchy Pineapple Salad

Ingredients:
2/3 cup mayonnaise
1 can (439 g) pineapple tidbits, drained
1 cup cooked green peas
6 stalks celery, diced (1 cup)
1 cup chopped peanuts


Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Season with 1 tsp sugar and 1/2 tsp fine salt. Toss lightly.
2. Refrigerate. Place on top of lettuce leaves just before serving.

Makes 10 servings.
