Fruit and Pasta Salad

Ingredients:
200 g salad macaroni, cooked
1 pc each red and green apple, cut into tidbits
1/2 cup raisins
3 slices sweet ham, cooked and diced
1 1/4 cups mayonnaise
2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
1/2 tsp iodized fine salt
1/8 tsp pepper


Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients. Mix well.
2. Chill until ready to serve.

Makes 10 servings.
It is rich in Vitamin B1 - prevents beri-beri.
As accent, top the salad with ham rosettes by cutting 1 inch strips of ham and rolling each to form a rose bud. Secure ends by inserting a 1 inch toothpick.
