Beef with Vegetables

Ingredients:
1/2 kilo lean beef, cut into strips
3 tbsp flour
2 tbsp cooking oil
4 segments garlic, crushed
1 onion, chopped
1 can (227 g) tomato sauce
4-1/2- 5 cups meat broth
200 g bean sprouts (togue)
200 g cauliflower, cut into flowerettes
1 carrot, sliced
1 green bell pepper, diced
salt, pepper and soy sauce

Beef Marinade:
soy sauce and black pepper


Directions:
1. Marinate beef strips for at least 30 minutes. Roll in seasoned flour.
2. Brown in hot oil. Set aside.
3. Saute garlic and onions. Add beef, tomato sauce and broth.
4. Simmer until beef is tender. Add bean sprouts, cauliflowers, carrots and bell peppers. Season.
5. Thicken broth with flour, if desired.
6. Serve hot.

Makes 8 servings.
