Ingredients:
1 can (35 cl) pineapple juice
1 red apple, pared, cored and diced
1 tbsp calamansi juice
1-1/2 cups water
1/4 cup white sugar
Directions:
1. Soak diced apple in pineapple juice and calamansi. Blend or osterize on high until fine. Add 1 1/2 cups water and sugar. Stir. Serve with ice.
Makes 6 servings.
