Ingredients:
200 g pasta of your choice
1 tbsp olive oil
3 pcs squid rings
3 tbsp pesto sauce
1 head broccoli for garnish
1/4 tsp anchovies
1/4 tsp capers
2 pcs black olives
3 slices fresh tomato
1 tsp parmesan cheese, grated
Directions:
1. Saute squid rings and anchovies in olive oil.
2. Add vegetables. Pour pesto sauce.
Makes 1 serving.
Serves best with rigatoni pasta.
