Pasta Verde ala Marinara

Ingredients:
500 g spinach fettucinne, cooked according to packaging directions
1/4 cup butter
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 onion, finely chopped
1 1/2 tsp dried oregano flakes
1 1/2 tsp dried basil leaves
6 pcs squid, cleaned and sliced
1/2 cup diced fish fillet (lapu-lapu, maya-maya)
1/2 cup shelled shrimps
10 pcs scallops (optional)
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 cups tomato sauce
1/2 cup water
1 1/2 cup quickmelt cheese, grated


Directions:
1. In a saucepan, saute garlic and onions. Stir dried herbs and cook for a few minutes.
2. Add in squid and fish and cook until half done.
3. Add in remaining seafoods and cook until shrimps start to pink and season with salt and pepper.
4. Pour in tomato sauce and 1/2 cup of cheese and simmer until seafoods are cooked. Pour sauce over pasta and top with remaining cheese. Serve immediately.
