Spicy Wings



Ingredients:
1 kg chicken wings
1 bottle (345 g) Sweet Chili sauce


Directions:
1. Sprinkle chicken wings with 1 1/2 tsp iodized salt (or 1/2 tbsp rock salt).
2. Fry until golden brown.
3. Heat Sweet Chili sauce. Stir in chicken wings until coated with sauce. Serve.

Makes 8 servings.
Rich in Iodine - helps prevent goiter.
