Skillet Beef Rice


Ingredients:
6 cloves garlic, crushed
1 pc large onion, sliced
300 g beef sirloin, sliced into thin strips
1 can (385 g) Italian style spaghetti sauce
1 pc beef bouillon cube
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
9 cups cooked rice


Directions:
1. Sprinkle beef with 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce and 1/3 tsp pepper.
2. Saute garlic, onion and beef in 1/3 cup oil over high heat.
3. Cook for 5-10 minutes with continuous stirring.
4. Add spaghetti sauce, bouillon cube, 3/4 tsp iodized fine salt (or 3/4 tbsp iodized rock salt), 3 tbsp water and mixed vegetables.
5. Cook for 5 minutes. Add rice. Blend well. Cook for 2 minutes.

Makes 12 servings.
It is rich in Vitamin B12 - prevents anemia.
Organize your rice menu by color coding them according to flavor. For example, yellow rice box for beef skillet and green rice box for tofu mushroom.
