Ingredients:
6 medium-sized crabs, cooked and flaked (remove crab claws)
2 pcs tofu (tokwa), fried and diced
1/2 cup chopped carrots
1 red bell pepper, chopped
4 tbsp tomato sauce
1/4 cup chopped kinchai
1 egg, beaten
salt and pepper
1/2 cup bread crumbs
Directions:
1. Remove shells of crab claws (sipit) to expose meat. Set aside.
2. Combine all ingredients thoroughly, except bread crumbs.
3. Coat "sipit" with 1 tbsp crab mixture. Roll in bread crumbs.
4. Fry until golden brown. Serve with chili or banana ketchup.
Makes 6 servings.
