Seafood Marinara Version 2.0
Ingredients:
200 g penne pasta
2 tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp onion, sliced
5 pcs squid, sliced
4 slices lapu-lapu, deboned and cubed
1/4 cup tomato sauce
salt and pepper to taste
Parmesan cheese
Directions:
1. Saute onion and garlic in olive oil. Add seafood, tomato sauce and season with salt and pepper. Mix into pasta.Grate some fresh Parmesan cheese. Serve hot.
Makes 1 serving.
