Carbonara


Ingredients:
200 g pasta of your choice
1 tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp onion, minced
3 pcs tiger prawns, peeled
5 strips bacon, toasted and chopped
1/4 whipper cream
salt and pepper to taste


Directions:
1. Saute onion and garlic in olive oil. Add the shrimps, salt and pepper.
2. Pour in cream and stir until thick on medium heat. Add bacon. Mix into spaghetti.

Makes one serving.
