Crisp Angel Hair with Pork Adobo Topping

Ingredients:
2 tbsp oil
1/2 kg pork loin, cubed
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup vinegar
1 bay leaf
10 peppercorns
2 cups angel hair pasta, cooked
4 cups oil for frying

Directions:
1. In a skillet, heat the oil then brown the pork cubes. Add the garlic and cook until brown. Add the soy sauce, vinegar, bay leaf and peppercorns. Cook until the pork is tender. If needed, season with some salt and sugar.
2. Heat the oil for frying then fry the noodles until crisp and golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
3. To serve, arrange the pork adobo over the fried angel hair pasta.

If you want to cut down the calories, boil the noodles instead of frying them.
If you want your adobo saucy, add water to the recipe and adjust the seasonings.
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time 25-3 minutes
