1 can (439 g) pineapple tidbits, drained
1 can (185 g) tuna chunks in brine, drained
1 cup whole kernel corn
1 each red and green bell peppers, diced
1/2 cup mayonnaise
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients. Season with 3/4 tsp iodized salt and 1/8 tsp finepepper. Toss lightly. Chill until ready to serve.
Makes 4 servings.
