Olives and Pepperoni Pizza


Ingredients:
3 pcs small pizza crusts
1 pouch (115 g) classic Italian pizza sauce
100 g pepperoni, sliced thinly
1/2 cup black pitted olives, sliced
150 g quickmelt or mozzarella cheese, coarsely grated


Directions:
1. Spread pizza sauce over crusts. Top with remaining ingredients.
2. bake in pre-heated oven for 5 minutes or until cheese melts.

Makes 12 servings.
It is a good source of iodine - helps prevent goiter.
Experiment by using different crusts like pan de sal, pita bread or plain crackers.
