Blueberry Cheesecake

Ingredients:
Crust:
1 cup graham crackers
4 tbsp melted butter
2 tbsp sugar

Filling:
1 cup all purpose cream
1/4 cup sugar
4 tbsp or 1/4 cup evaporated milk
1 tbsp unflavored gelatin
3/4 cup cream cheese


Directions:
1. Whip cream, add sugar, little by little.
2. Whip until stiff, set aside. Stir gelatin with milk until dissolved. Heat until dissolved.
3. Beat cream cheese, add gelatin mixture.
4. Mold into fixture with whip cream and sugar.
5. Blend well, pour unto crust, top with blueberry syrup.
