Primavera



Ingredients:
200 g linguine pasta
2 tbsp olive oil
2 pcs baguio beans
1 tbsp green peas
1/2 tsp grated lemon rind
5 pcs shallots, minced
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup marinara sauce
1 tsp parmesan cheese


Directions:
1. Saute vegetables in olive oil. Add lemon rind and juice.
2. Add marinara sauce. Mix into pasta. Serve hot.

Makes 1 serving.
