Fusilli with Shrimps in Coconut Cream
Ingredients:
2 tbsp oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, minced
1 tbsp ginger, chopped
1/2 kg shrimps, peeled
1 cup coconut cream
1-2 pcs siling labuyo (chili)
salt and pepper to taste
cooked fusilli
Directions:
1. In a skillet, heat the oil then saute the garlic, onion and ginger. Add the shrimps and cook until they change color.
2. Add in the coconut cream and bring to a boil. Add the siling labuyo and season to taste.
3. To serve, toss the cooked fusilli with the shrimps in coconut cream.
Preparation time: 10-15 minutes
Cooking time: 20-25 minutes
Makes 4-6 servings.
